Hello Folks,

The latest statistics for the 1st Quarter of 2023 were just released by the Park City Multiple Listing Service, and the numbers show a continued moderation of activity in our market. As you will see below, sales volumes are generally down, but prices continued to increase in many areas. How can that be, you ask? Well, one of the main drivers behind reduced volume is lack of inventory, not lack of buyers. In that situation, the transactions that are happening reflect the shortage of inventory. That said, the market is reasonably balanced, and we expect reasonably stable prices over the next 6-12 months.

I hope you are looking forward to Summer as much as I am!

Regards
  Murray
