Well Folks,
Looking out my window right now, I think we missed the mark on this newsletter by a good few months. For the first time in history, I felt the need to get our roof shoveled off, and I can see mid-mountain open to biking some time in September at the current rate!
I guess the other note-worthy thing is how active the market is right now at all price points. We have not had the formal stats brief yet, but January was very strong.
Regards,
Murray

Given that we’ve been blessed with one of the best snow years in recent memory, spring skiing is excellent. March brings us those long “post-daylights savings” days which invite afternoon après ski at the resort beaches or up on Historic Main Street. We love the way our resorts celebrate the upcoming spring season and there are many great local activities the whole family can enjoy.
