Everyone knew that the 3rd quarter statistics would be extremely telling, and they did not disappoint. The latest stats revealed the most active 3rd quarter in over 15 years! In short, the "urban exodus" fueled the strongest seller's market seen in the Wasatch Back.
Autumn has arrived in all her splendor, turning the hills into a symphony of vibrant colors. Cooler temperatures and shorter days remind us that winter is on the way.
After a warmer than normal summer, we are embracing the splendor that is autumn in the mountains, with shorter days, cooler mornings, and the first snowfall of the season on the books (September 8!).
Summer along the Wasatch Back has been wonderful. While we miss the many local events that were cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns, you'll find that there are still so many great ways to enjoy our beautiful mountains.
The coronavirus pandemic and the resulting "work from home, learn from home" paradigm have caused many who might have previously considered a second home here to shift to moving here as full-time or half-time residents.
New construction offers the opportunity to start with a new canvas from which to build memories.
