Summer was short and sweet this year, and it's hard to believe that Labor Day is already here. Yet, we are always glad to embrace the arrival of autumn.
WELCOME SUMMER! After our record-breaking snowfall, we are ready for a good healthy dose of warm-weather fun. Fortunately, there are lots of great events on tap! Hope to see you out and about at one or more of these summer events!
Spring has arrived, but you would hardly know with all of the snow that continues to fall here in the Wasatch Back and elsewhere in Northern Utah. WHAT A WINTER WE ARE HAVING!
If you have traveled on Highway 40 between Heber City and Park City lately, you have noticed a buzz of construction activity around the Mayflower exit. This area along the western side of Deer Valley Resort is set to become the nation’s newest ski community, Mayflower Mountain Resort.
The 2022 year-end data was just released by the Park City Multiple Listing Service, and the numbers depict a continued transition from the superheated market of 2020-21 to a more typical state of activity.
Winter has arrived in earnest here in the Wasatch Back. Most of the resorts are reporting at least a three-foot base, and several are reporting more than four feet. By December 9th, all the ski areas in Northern Utah will be open, and we couldn't be happier!
